Technology Implementation Account Manager
Christin joined ICG in September of 2007, as our Technology Implementation Manager with reponsibilities for our website and web-based customer service programs. We believe that computer technology and the internet are very powerful tools in the insurance industry. Her familiarity with such will educate our clients to utilize online resources available through our Company, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators alike. With her strong communication skills and strive for merit, she obtained her insurance agent's license and also earned a position as an Account Manager. Her Account Management job encompasses: new group sales, adding additional product lines and services for current accounts, renewals, employee meetings, ongoing daily maintenance of enrollments and changes, assistance with billing and claims, preparation of employee payroll deductions coinciding with benefit elections. Her attention to detail, creative thinking, and overall client service drives her continuing success at the company. As ACA laws and requirements came in to place, Christin received her PPACA Certification through the National Association of Health Underwriters. She handles 6055/6056 Reporting for our ALE (Applicable Large Employer, 50+ employees) Groups and generates 1094 and 1095 Forms.
