Account Manager

After relocating to the Mid-South area from Pennsylvania, Donna starting working in the employee benefit arena. In 2004, she brought her experience and knowledge of the Mississippi insurance market to our office. (We like to refer to her as our "Mississippi Queen") Her responsibilities include; management of group accounts, submitting requests for proposals (RFP) to the carriers, client presentations, implementation of benefits packages and enrollment meetings, renewal preparation, recommendation of plan changes, and assisting clients with claims and billing.
